Client Managers/Account Specialists
Our employer group client base is continuing to grow and we need client service professionals to help support our sales team and manage our accounts for the initial sales implementation process, ongoing client service, and for annual renewal processing.  Providing a high-touch experience of client care and relationship development is key to this role in helping to retain our clients.  We have different roles available for the experience-level required to manage client needs for small, mid, and enterprise level clients.  Products to be serviced include fully-insured and self-funded medical plans along with ancillary and non-insurance coverages. These are full-time salaried positions in our Phoenix office located on Northern/16th Street.

Role: Client Services

Class: Full time exempt
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 7am - 4pm M-F 
Location: Phoenix (16th Street and Northern)
Wage: Salary depending on experience
Travel Required: Minimal

Sales Directors: Regional/National
With the success of our product launches and continued market recognition, our sales pipeline is continuing to grow and providing opportunities to expand our sales team with dedicated regional territories and product/market segments.  We are looking to hire sales professionals across the entire spectrum of experience from entry-level to seasoned veterans.  Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.  Having existing relationships with and experience calling on employee benefit brokers could allow you to hit the ground running, but also is not a requirement.  We are looking for motivated sales people who believe in their abilities and want to be in an environment that allows you to build a book of business with recurring commissions and unlimited income potential. These are full-time salaried positions in our Phoenix office located on Northern/16th Street with some limited opportunities for remote work.

Class: Full time exempt
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 7am - 4pm M-F
Location: Phoenix (16th Street and Northern) w/remote potential
Wage: Salary plus commission depending on experience
